You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign in is via Google or Apple; keep your identity provider secure.
Only upload or stream content you have the right to use. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, distribute unlawful material, or disrupt other studios' rooms.
BallroomSync is a playback tool. Playing music publicly (e.g. in a class) may require performance licenses that are your responsibility — see our Music licensing notice.
A room license grants the right to keep one room open at a time. Paid licenses are billed through Stripe per the plan you select. Downgrades take effect without force-closing live rooms; see the in-app licensing screen for current terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Streaming playback depends on third-party platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music) whose availability we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY / OPERATOR NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
